1. Description of the Platform

Tappilocal provides a marketplace Platform that connects individuals seeking services (“Clients”) with independent service professionals (“Service Providers”). We are only a technology platform and do not provide the services ourselves.

2. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use most features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Maintain the security of your account (our system uses Phone OTP).

• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. The Role of Service Providers

Service Providers who use our Platform are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Tappilocal. You are solely responsible for:

• The quality, safety, and legality of the services you provide.

• Your own tools, insurance, and taxes.

• Setting your own prices and adhering to all local laws.

4. Payments

Tappilocal does not process payments for services.

• All payments must be made directly from the Client to the Service Provider.

• We are not responsible for any pricing, refunds, or payment disputes. You must resolve these issues directly with the other party.

5. Bookings

When a Client books a Service Provider, this forms a direct agreement between the Client and the Provider. We are not a party to that agreement. While our Platform facilitates the connection, we do not guarantee the performance or quality of the Service Provider.

6. Ratings and Reviews

Clients may leave public ratings and reviews. You agree that these reviews are the opinion of the user and not of Tappilocal. You agree not to post any reviews that are false, malicious, or defamatory.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties.

• We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, Client or Provider, on or off the Platform.

• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of the services provided. We do not perform background checks on all users. We strongly recommend you use your own judgment when hiring or interacting with any user.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tappilocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
