We collect information to connect Clients with Service Providers effectively.

  • From Clients (Customers):

    • Name: To identify you to providers.

    • Phone Number: To create and secure your account via OTP and for communication.

    • Physical Address / Location: To find and dispatch local service providers.

    • Email Address (Optional): For booking confirmations and communication.

  • From Service Providers:

    • Name: To display on your public profile.

    • Phone Number: To create and secure your account via OTP and for client communication.

    • Company Name (if applicable): To display on your public profile.

    • Physical Address / Service Area: To match you with local client requests.

    • Services Offered: To list you in the correct search categories.

    • Profile Image & Experience: To build your public profile.

  • Information We Collect Automatically:

    • Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Platform, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the sole purpose of operating our Platform:

  • To create, verify, and maintain your account.

  • To connect Clients with local Service Providers.

  • To facilitate the booking process by sharing service requests and details.

  • To send booking confirmations, service updates, and other essential communications.

  • To display Service Provider profiles to potential Clients.

  • To process and display ratings and reviews.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

3. How We Share Your Information

Your information is only shared to make the service possible.

  • For Clients: When you book a service, your name, phone number, and address are shared with the specific Service Provider you selected.

  • For Service Providers: Your public profile (including your name, company name, service area, and ratings) is visible to all Clients using the Platform. Your contact number is shared with a Client when they select your “Call Now” option or confirm a booking.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Firebase Authentication: We use Google’s Firebase service for our Phone OTP (One-Time Password) login and registration. This service is governed by Google’s own Privacy Policy. We do not store your password.

5. Data Security & Payments

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.

We do not collect or process any payment details (like credit card numbers). All payments for services are handled directly between the Client and the Service Provider. We are not a party to that transaction.

6. Your Rights

You can access and update your personal information at any time through your user dashboard (Client Dashboard or Provider Dashboard).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
